In the minor Visual Storytelling, you will develop your creative thinking skills and visual communication skills, enabling you to build a solid creative portfolio. You will analyze and interpret photography, film, brands, and thematic concepts. You will extract meaning and inspiration from the visual and translate this into concepts. How do you use images to tell a good story that touches people?
In this minor, you will develop skills to communicate stories using visual and digital media, such as video, graphic design, art direction, and photography. During this process, we want to help you develop a personal visual style. You will work on concepts from idea to end product. During the concepting and creation process, we will also consider the responsible use of AI and other new audiovisual technologies.
In this minor, you will learn:
